Is the 6" intake reversible to the other side for mounting?

No, not directly. You can swap the drive side or rotate the blower (this option requires a different home built blower mount

How tall is the 30 micron filter bag by itself?

This has a quick-connect collection 29in. long, 20in dia., 5.3 cu. ft. capacity bag.

Is there a way to change the plug or buy an adapter? None of the plugs in the house are the odd shaped one this came with. I do have 220v outlets

There should be no problem to change the plug to match your outlet. Any hardware store have them but if you had to ask this question I recommend get licensed electrician to do it for you.
