sent wrong part and other issues with the product
Rack Attack sent a six instead of a seven. Having nothing but trouble with everything yakima that I just purchased larger bolts and made a backpiece out of 3/16 inch stock steel and tapped that. The yakima landing pad will be the only part I use on the top and on the inside will be the properly designed home made backplate. When yakima says it will fit you should know they might just kind of fit. So when you send it back because it doesn't fit, you don't get a refund to your card, they put it on a gift certificate, thanks amazon. Kids on the phone at tech support don't know, still waiting six weeks for them to return my email inquiry, weaker product than yesteryear. Two picture examples of different systems that they sold me and said they fit my truck that I had to send back. Would have sent the entire system back but unfortunately most of it was bought last year and I am just now getting it installed so it was past the refund date. confidence is low.
