5 Strong Extra Large Cardboard Storage Packing Moving House Shipping Boxes

Moving house these were just what I needed. When packing try to fill to the top with something hard to allow you to stack the boxes. They will collapse if you put heavy contents on top so be thoughtful in your packing. Very pleased with these.

Good size for packing the house up to move, strong and just a nice size.

Good strong cardboard, these are very big. You must tape the bottom of the boxes, overlapping the flaps isn’t good enough and there isn’t a full width piece like some boxes have, My only gripe is that the cut outs for the handles is single thickness, so can rip a little when you have got heavy contents.So generally positive, just could be slightly better.

Boxes are firm and are easily assembled.. Would not put excessive amount of weight inside.. but ideal for small light items as the cardboard is single skin..

Great strong boxes for storage and for use when decorating internally and safely covering household goods, good price, easily recycled for future use by flat packing, easy to stack boxes on top of each other without breaking, highly recommended

I bought these because I was concerned that a cheaper set of boxes I’d ordered, which I was unable to cancel, wouldn’t be strong enough. Unfortunately, the opposite turned out to be true.After packing one of these boxes, I picked it up by the handles and one entire side tore open, completely ruining the box. The much cheaper boxes I ordered were noticeably stronger and far more durable.For the price, I expected a much higher-quality product. I have no confidence in these boxes and won’t be using them.

I ordered these 10-pack of giant extra-large boxes for a house move. Their 115-litre capacity and side handles looked great on paper. The size was perfect, especially for lightweight but bulky items (duvets, clothes, kitchenware). The 115-litre capacity holds a lot of stuff. The carrying handles and room list labels make the job easier. It's nice that they're made in England. Once we packed the boxes and started moving, they didn't live up to my expectations for durability, which is paramount. The boxes ripped and fell apart easily during transport when slightly overloaded or stacked. The bottoms, in particular, sagged after just a few steps. These boxes are fine if you're only going to use them for very lightweight items, but they're not at all reliable for items that need to carry a bit of weight, like heavy books or kitchenware.
