The cooler keeps the temps low, and the case makes the RPI4 look like a mini PC. The case is excellent. Instructions are a little unclear, and the pi is only fastened on one side, but seems very secure otherwise. The Cooler works well. Very happy with my purchase, form and function. Review: Almost perfect! - Overall a great buy, a combo including the low profile cooler with fan and case at a cheaper price would make more sense. The case is not made for the low profile cooler, it is made to fit the high profile cooler but you can use it with the low profile cooler too so don't expect it to be any lower, which I did. Does it work? Yes, and great, the fan at 3v is very quiet, I you have to put your ear next to it to hear something, to me that was the main concern. At 5v is a little louder but still good. Does it keep the Pi cool, yeah, very. Assembly was a pita, mostly due to the poor metal used on the screws and the thread job they do on these cases. i would include 4 standoff mounting points instead of the two that comes on the case bottom, the Pi hangs on two retention points, if you move it a lot, toss it around or drop it it might break the board at those points. It should be ok for ventilation. My heatsink has a fan anyway (sold separately).
