Please are probably the only supplement I have taken that I have noticed a significant difference in my nails and how fast and thick my hair grows. My nose become thicker and less flimsy and my hair grows a touch faster and healthier while I am taking these. The bottle does say to take 4 a day however I only take 2, sometimes 3, and that is plenty for me. I prefer to take them about 2-4 hours apart.
