Review: Great instructions for beginners! - I absolutely love this book! I am a beginner at drawing. I started self teaching myself how to draw two months ago. This books tells you what pencils to use and the different steps of shading. They are challenging drawings but I very happy to see that I was able to finish them! I bought other books from the same collection and I love them all. Review: A Great Book About Drawing Birds - I particularly loved the types of birds featured in the tutorials, and I appreciated the fact that their natural environments were also part of each case study.

Great book, though mine came a bit misprinted
I love these "learn to draw" books where there are a bunch of projects for you to basically follow step-by-step. In this book, you'll draw several different kinds of birds and learn techniques on how to render them realistically. I wish the book had spent a little more time on the structure of the wing, since that's a sticky point for a lot of artists. I like how this book goes into some detail on different types of feathers, and how to render beaks, eyes, and feet, though. My biggest complaint is my book came to me with duplicated pages in the wrong place. None of the pages are missing -- everything that should be in the book is present. For example, the page on how to render feathers is duplicated and placed closer to the end of the book. So if I want to keep going with the project in that part of the book, I have to skip past that page. Not a huge deal since no pages are missing, just very strange.

Meh--Not That Good
This book is not very good for advanced drawers and even worse for beginners. It also doesn't have very many drawings. This means it has limited angles and poses of birds and very few different bird types. I won't be buying these types of books from this publisher again.

Spiega molto bene come disegnare gli animali nonostante sia molto corto è stato davvero utile consiglio a tutti i prezzi poi sono molto più convenienti che nei negozi di belle arti

Very Good
Actually for the price, you get alot of illustrations and break down of how to approach any subject material. The book is only 40 pages; although gets right down to step by step. And the size of the book is almost like the old fashion atlas map books. Probably to give you a very clear and detailed look at what your drawing. I still would recommend this book.

Insuficiente
Este livro possui apenas uma pequena seleção de ilustrações de aves. Não há explicações concisas sobre os fundamentos básicos do passo-a-passo. É muito bom para quem quer aprender replicando imagens.
