You can then rally the ball sw from forehand to backhand, while establishing proper footwork with me. As a result,I will improve your reaction timing. -------The big plus is that you can take me with you anywhere, and use it anywhere there is some space and a solid floor for the ball to bounce. My shortcomings: ------The ball is easy to fall off the rope------The next batch of goods will add additional elastic cords to each package, you can connect 2 or 3 elastic cords to the ball. So you can do your best without breaking the string, and the tennis ball will rebound quickly. -----If you think Bounce back is low and inconsistent. ----------You'd better Better to find a wall.
