Review: I would recommend this product - A little tricky to set up I seemed to have one piece spare that I didn't seem to have to use as it works perfectly fine without using the extra rope attachment. Feels very relaxing to lie back on it and think about things in a cool quiet room. I feel it has helped ease the tension in my traps which is why I got it and for the price it is very sturdy I would recommend this product.

**Q: Which way around does it go?  Also any tips to stop it sliding off head/neck**
A: I watched a u tube video before using it. the large pad goes under your neck.
If used properly it is a fantastic tool.

**Q: Can it be hanged to a window knob (roughly 150 cm or 5 feet from the floor)?**
A: I dont think it would be long enough

**Q: can you control tension with this device?**
A: Not too sure don’t think so, I only used it once then sold it on. Didn’t suit me

**Q: Does this work for arm pain coming from the neck as do have bad neck and posture pain.**

This product arrived on time and was wellpackaged. The stirrup was a bit fiddly, needed to be arranged for the individual fit. I did struggle to feel comfortable with it.
