W600 LED Spotlight

I thought I'd need a quarter to open the battery door, it's a twist type. I put in batteries and sealed it up without any tools. That was nice. The non-slip pistol grip feels great. The bright color makes me feel safer than a black flashlight with a pistol grip. I don't want anyone to ever think it's a handgun, but neon yellow helps with that. It has a lanyard hole (no lanyard included). I own paracord, so no biggie for me. Takes 3xAA batteries. Think of it as a "1,200 lumen-hours" spotlight. 600 lumens for 2 hours, 200 lumens for 6 hours or 50 lumens for 24 hours. 24 hours on 3xAA batteries. 50 lumens is brighter than some industrial 2xD cell flashlights, so even low power is decently bright if you're in a garage or small backyard, etc. Grab the pistol grip and use the thumb switch 4 times, high, medium, low, off. I tried to move the top bracket used for turning the spotlight upside down and angling the light up at an angle from the floow (or a table/bench). It didn't move. The manual didn't say there was any trick to it. I finally decided to pull harder until it moved or broke (and then I would have returned it). It finally worked. It does feel stiff, I'm going to open/close it a bunch of times to see if it loosens up. Using cord, you could hang the light from the top bracket. I just like this flashlight.

Excellent light, I used to have the other one that you recharged but battery died after 2 years. but opted for this one so I can just keep extra batteries around. Combine this with some AA batteries from Amazon and you're good to go.
