I know this may sound like a stupid question but I’m new to this nail art thing** A: You use it under your nails to make them white you are colouring the under side of your nails because the pencil is very soft start of gently and till you know exactly how soft it is **Q: Can this be used for makeup ?** A: No definity not, or I would not recommend it for that sort of use.
