Overall, this is a great electrolyte/b-vitamin supplement. Taste is good too. The price is descent as well. I picked this blend because of its complete electrolyte profile and ratios. The added b-vitamins was also a good blend for what I was looking for. However, I did take away a star for the BCAA's. For the amount you get in each serving, this is a waste. Plus, BCAA's has a bitter after taste. IMO I would get rid of the BCAA's all together. This would help the flavor, and lower the cost per serving.

This electrolyte tastes great and helps to reduce recovery time between workouts. I feel a definite improvement after taking it.

I typically get the Lemon Berry Flavor. Decided to try this new one out, was NOT refreshing or good at all in my opinion

This is the best electrolyte powder I've ever tried!! I used to struggle through my workouts, frequently hitting a "brick wall" during intense cardio and weight lifting. My body (particularly muscles) would feel drained of energy and the recovery was slow and painful. After some research I realized I was lacking electrolytes, I tried a few brands but this is my favorite! I started with the Peach Mango flavor, admittedly the flavor was not great but I breeze through my workouts now, it keeps my energy levels stable without added stimulants. This stuff is my go to wherever I'm sore, dehydrated or hung over (I always make sure to bring it to music festivals iykyk). I just got the Blue Raspberry flavor and it tastes so much better! I would love to see them increase the magnesium and potassium levels but otherwise, this one's a keeper!
