Is it easy to take off the remote to change the batteries when needed?

Yes, very easy. You take the top of the cover and stretch it over and back, behind the top of the remote. Then slide the remote straight out of the case. Same steps in reverse after you change the batteries.

My son has a Sony 7.2 stereo receiver Will this cover fit on the remote for it?

lol.. u can probably find a remote for "sony 7.2 stereo receiver"

What is the warranty for this item?

I dont see why you would need a warranty.. its a soft rubbery type case that fits over the remote.. not like theres any mechanical or electrical components to it or anything.. Would you get a warranty on say a pair of socks?

any issues typing in search engines ? Others you can’t type a word

No issues. Good clearance in the buttons so works the same as without the case
