I use this ball at physical therapy and I really like it so I wanted to have one of my own. This is supposed to be the same weight and the same number, but it is larger and heavier than the one at therapy. We don’t know if that one shrink from so much usage or what but I am more comfortable with that one than the one I bought. Still enjoy it overall and hoping that it shrinks

I recently had some physical therapy visits to strengthen my core muscles with the goal of improving my lower back. The therapist had this ball and I used it in my therapy. Once done, I bought this one to use at home and it is just the same as the one physical therapists use. Keep in mind this ball is 3,000 grams which is about 6 1/2 pounds. There’s a smaller yellow ball (I think it’s yellow) that’s 2,000 grams and weighs about 4.4 pounds. Pick the one that you feel would be the best for your personal fitness program. These balls are thick rubber filled with sand. Should last forever with proper care.

I have used this ball and others from this line. I first used them in my physical therapist's office, then ordered them to use at home. Great item. Very happy

Works great, it's round and will not collapse when loaded. Textured surface gives it traction when rolling. Best ball of all those I have tried.
