It has not seen a ton of use, but has held up very well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits fine in a 2015 Toyota 4Runner, good quality *by S***E on June 5, 2015* I purchased this for a 2015 4Runner and it fits fine and seems like it will work well. It seems that the negative reviews about size variations are from a few years ago, and based on the one I received, they seem to have the size right. The main block on mine (drawbar?) measures 1.90 inches wide and 1.97 inches tall. My 4Runner hitch measures 2.08 inches wide and tall, so there is about 1/8" of extra space between the receiver and the drawbar. Without a pin, there is quite a bit of play, but with the pin inserted, it's pretty snug. As reviewer Marcus noted, on the 4Runner, the receiver pin isn't very far back, so this hitch will stick out quite a bit. Since I don't plan on using it regularly, I am keeping mine inside the 4Runner, so I'm not going to bother drilling an extra hole. The metal surface is not smooth, like the Amazon product photo. The powder coated surface looks like a really heavy orange peel / hammered paint texture. But the powder coating feels very thick and heavy, and I don't care about how smooth it is, so it's good enough for me.
