Moroccanoil Purple Shampoo

My all time favourite purple shampoo! It doesn’t turn your hair purple like I’ve had it the past with other shampoos. It gives your blonde hair a nice refresh, if you like the ashy / silvery colour in your hair then this is the product for you. I get my hair bleached and toned and it keeps my toner looking fresh. I always get some yellowing at the front of my hair by my roots and this helps keep it to a minimum and I only use it once a week. The only thing I would say it to not over use this product if you wash your hair more than once a week, I’d say once a week is more than enough. I only say this as it could turn your hair overly ashy / silver but if that’s what you like then it’s a bonus. I love it and use once a week as it keeps my hair looking fresh. It smells beautiful too, can make your hair feel a tad dry but it’s important to use conditioner after you’ve used this product.

Very effective and has left my hair a beautiful shade. It smells gorgeous and a little is only needed. Only downside is it has dried my hair out so I wouldn't recommend using it more than once a month otherwise its likely to cause breakage.

I absolutely love the Moroccanoil Blonde Perfecting Purple Shampoo. I have blonde highlighted hair, and this shampoo has been really helpful in keeping my color looking fresh, bright, and less brassy between salon visits. I also really enjoy the signature Moroccanoil fragrance. It smells clean, fresh, and salon like, which makes washing my hair feel like a more pampering experience. What I like most is that it doesn’t just focus on toning the hair. After using it, my hair feels soft, smooth, and manageable rather than dry or rough like some purple shampoos can leave it. My highlights look brighter and more refreshed, and my overall blonde looks much more polished. It’s especially nice when my hair starts looking dull or slightly yellow between appointments. I do recommend paying attention to how long you leave it on because it is quite pigmented. If your hair is very light or porous, you may want to start with a shorter processing time and increase it gradually depending on the results you want. I personally wouldn’t use it every time I wash my hair because I find it works best when I alternate it with my regular shampoo and use it specifically when my blonde needs a little extra toning. Overall, I think the Moroccanoil Blonde Perfecting Purple Shampoo is an excellent choice for anyone with blonde, highlighted, or gray hair who wants to keep unwanted warm tones under control. It feels luxurious, smells wonderful, and leaves my hair looking brighter, cooler, and more salon fresh. It is more expensive than some other purple shampoos, but the quality and results make it worth it for me. I would definitely purchase it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good purple shampoo to maintain beautiful blonde hair.

Isn’t strong as goodbye yellow but works well for me and this smells good

I think the toning is good with this but I didn’t like the texture of my hair after using. My hair is fine so perhaps this shampoo is better suited to a different hair type. I have passed it on to my Mum who has thick curly hair which is almost like afro hair. I think if you have hair which needs ALOT of moisture and if for example you like using oil on your hair this will be great for you. The fact that this product doesn’t contain damaging ingredients is very important to me so a big tick for that. But the No Nothing Four Reasons purple shampoo is better for me than this one. I wish I could buy a sample size of these products to try - as they are very expensive - especially when they don’t work out!!

Ich habe schon einige Silbershampoos ausprobiert und das ist mit Abstand das wirkungsvollste. Da es wirklich stark abfärbt, sollte man bei der Verwendung Handschuhe tragen oder eine Nagelbürste besitzen um die lila Verfärbungen gut zu entfernen :-D für mich reicht es das Shampoo 1-2x im Monat zu verwenden mit einer Einwirkzeit von ca 10 Minuten. Anschliessend nutze ich dann immernoch ein Glossing und habe dann lange Freude an meinen blonden Haaren. Ist zwar etwas teurer aber immernoch günstiger als jeder Friseurbesuch.
