Don't know, but I doubt it. The LaCrosse website shows a different transmitter with that unit -- see http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/s84193/. 433Mhz, which MAYBE is the same band as the TX6U, but LaCrosse would have to tell you.TX141TH-B

will the La Croose 433 MHz outsie sensor work with the Skyscan indoor clock?

This single sensor provides outside temperature for all three of my 433MHz indoor/outdoor clocks. It would probably work with the subject skyscan, but I can't say for sure, because I don't find that label on any of my clocks.
