Dosed around 2 a day to start , but I feel 4-5 is minimum daily to feel the cognitive benefits . Gives me stable energy throughout the day and worth the price for such a large bottle.

Order arrived on time and intact. I have found that when taking 2 capsules at once as per the directions, I had the runs and my skin was very itchy. I’ve since only taken 1 every 12 hrs and those 2 symptoms have now disappeared.

Absolutely will buy this brand from now on. Didn’t realize how big the bottle was until I opened the box and was shocked haha. I’ve been taking 500mg caps of this and then found this brand, the caps are big but I have to take less now that I’m taking this 1000mg cap instead. The price is better than buying from a vitamin store, cvs or Walgreens. Totally tasteless and seems to break down very fast. Super effective. Doesn’t mess your tummy up
