Very impressive for the price
Overall quite the impressive replica . The dpad is 95% the way there but a touch softer and not as tactile. The triggers are fine ,but not using mouse clicks feels a touch off. The face buttons are pretty good. Physically the controller feels exactly like the originals. It's fairly light just like the originals and It does rattle but so do the originals

I used it a few times. Worked great
Felt like a good quality controller. I would definitely recommend this to someone who has a Saturn or Pc

Excellent look and features, a little flimsy
The molds may be the Saturn originals but the plastic used in them could be thicker. Otherwise, very few complaints. This is the classic (and in my opinion, best looking) Japanese Saturn controller with much-appreciated wireless functionality and a couple extra buttons. Works splendidly on PC with all the buttons you'd hope for from a retro pad, but surprised me with how well it works for the Switch too. It's still plug-and-play and works splendidly for D-pad-favoured games with all the buttons you'd hope for, but it's also got the ability to swap the pad to a left or right analog stick interpret, meaning you're not out of luck for D-pad-forward games that occasionally require a stick input or if you truly want to use a D-pad to play modern 3D games. As a longtime Sega fan, the only way I could be happier would be if it was made of sturdier plastic. It's quite light and the shoulder buttons especially feel a little unsatisfying.

Good, but could be better!
It looks great. I love the style and the colors pop. The case it comes in is a really nice touch. It's a little flimsy feeling. Very light and hollow feeling. A real Saturn controller wasn't exactly heavy, but cord tension adds a little weight to how a controller feels in your hand, and I would have appreciated a little more in this design. Some thicker plastic might have helped too, just so it doesn't feel so frail. I've only had connectivity issues when using it with my Satiator and rebooting the Saturn - it will sometimes stop responding and I'll have to hard reset. This is only a pain point when I'm testing different games rapidly. Long play sessions haven't been an issue. Overall I would suggest it. Good for the price, and honestly there's not many other options out there besides using a Brook Wingman and a different console controller.

I NEVER GIVE 5 STARS… EXCEPT NOW!
I’m and avid retro gaming collector and never thought repro’s could hold any weight to the original both presentation and performance… Until Now! When retrobit announced this controller I was excited and entered a giveaway but didn’t win. I’m a big fan of this color because it was the original Japan variant and when I saw they released it I was curious and had high standards and expectations. It did not disappoint the quality of the controller is on par with the original. The buttons are responsive especially the Dpad which makes it easier for me to perform my skills when playing Virtua Fighters or King of Fighters. The two receivers are a nice tough and I experienced hardly any lag or latency, I don’t do Bluetooth controllers just because for wireless I’m more of a purist and prefer 2.4 ghz. Great way to play my large Saturn collection wirelessly.

pairing nightmare, not good for console
not a terrible controller but pairing is not as smooth a procedure as it should be, manual has several mistakes about controller specs and operation. switching from Saturn receiver to usb reciever the controller has to be reset each time. came with storage box but its not exactly fancy , the storage box is very cheap and basic but def better then nothing i guess. controller causes my Saturn Saroo to freeze and crash. sometimes only the dpad works in games. i do not recommend for use with Sega Saturn console, seems to work ok with pc so far

Great Product and Worked Flawlessly
Bought this for a Japanese Saturn and played through the entirety of Shining Holy Ark without a single interruption. Couldn't recommend it more!

Quality wireless replacement
I love these controllers. They work great, look as good as the original model 2 pads, and I've had zero issues with the 3 I now own. One thing I'd LOVE to see though is a grey/blue one to match the original Japanese Model 1 Saturn that I own. Retrobit seem to have done all the other colours - white, black, clear to match the 'this is cool' system, and a clear blue one, which matches the Mega Drive 6 button controller. If anyone from Retrobit reads this, PLEASE do a grey/blue and I will happily buy yet another lol.

Light and rattles. Cheap feeling controller.
Looks great and comes with very attractive packaging but the controller is light and rattles terribly. The buttons are loose and feel awful. Instant regret as soon as I unboxed it.
