Okay. First, this webcam does all that they say it does. Buy it! That being said, however, if you're a not-very-techie 70-something like I am, you might discover that it doesn't work when you first plug it into your Mac. And then, when you go to the Logitech website, you find downloads for Windows software to run the thing, but nothing for Mac. And then when you read the product literature, you find that it does actually sort of say that it'll work with a Mac, but when you call the Logitech number for Support, you speak with some guy in God-knows-where who tells you that, sadly, the Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 isn't wired to work with a Mac, so, sorry to say, you shouldn't have bought this one. So then you're faced with returning the camera to Amazon and resuming the search for a suitable webcam. Until, that is, you discover the YouTube video by the guy who says that you actually need only to go to the app for which you bought the webcam in the first place -- Skype, in my case -- go to Preferences, click on Audio/Video, and select the HD Pro C920, which will appear in the drop-down menu. I tried it and, sure enough, it works. Good thing I stuck with it for a few days and didn't immediately ship the webcam back. NOW the furshlugginer thing is worth 5 Stars.

It works, but there's no zoom, no full functionality and even with the best of lighting the picture is grainy. Otherwise, it's not too bad for the money. Compared to most webcams that I've tried, this is one of few that doesn't have the fish eye effect.

I have used this product for a little over a week now and it has been great. Right out of the box that it came in it connected right up to my computer and I was able to start using right away. I use it mainly for my job and us Zoom right up there with the rest. The camera came with basic instructions and it was easy to get working with no drivers to install. The included privacy shield was a nice touch and works better than the usual sticky note solution. The camera seemed to be very good build quality compared to some of the generic cameras we purchased off Amazon.

Works well on most occasions. But have had issues several times when it stops working and I have to unplug and plug it back. The picture quality is very good though.

Bought this because of the reviews despite not ever hearing the company's name before. Should have gone with my gut and bought from a brand I know. This thing is exactly what you pay for. 4K my butt. I'm a professional photographer and videographer, so I promise you I know what I'm talking about and this "webcam" is all wonky. The focal length is very odd. When you sit at a normal distance from your computer (15-20"), you are too cropped in the frame and out of focus. But what IS in focus is whatever is 2 feet behind you. Tried it in both Zoom and Teams and the quality is awful. Returning this immediately. Will it do if all you care about is someone seeing you out-of-focus on a video call? Yes. But if you get even slightly annoyed by out-of-focus video, this thing will drive you crazy. Don't buy this. You get what you pay for.

I chose this cam for zoom meetings, and it does its work perfectly. It is super easy to set up, just simple plug and play, and there is a cover going with it so that you can put it over when you are not using it. It really avoids a lot of awkwardness. This cam presents a medium shot, compared to my laptop cam, which is really what I need. My laptop cam is on the left down side of the screen and shows a much larger view of my room. This cam solves all my concerns about online meetings.

I have had a few webcams from well known manufacturers and this one has by far the best picture quality of them all. It was recommended to me by someone as a good budget starter camera to make YouTube videos. The tripod is an added bonus as I can reposition it allowing me to work in different locations in my home, and the threaded connection is of a universal size that makes it compatible with my other camera tripods. I also use it with Webex, MS Teams and Zoom for work and the quality is great.
