So a -105 (dash 105) o-ring will have an inside diameter of .143, an outside diameter of .349 and a cross-section of .103. The first digit of a dash number tells you the cross section in decimal inches. 0 is .070, 1 is .103, 2 is .139, 3 is .210 and 4 is .275. Charts for US, metric, Japanese and British sizes are available on the internet.
