I guess part of it was user error, but I was a fraction of a millimeter off and it bent fairly easily. It was in the hole properly, but might have been at a funny angle. Boom, busted.Luckily, one good thing about this set is there are lots of pieces that come with it, so I picked up the next bit and got the job done.One thing this set is lacking is a tool to remove the pins in a folded link band that a different watch of mine has (it took me forever to figure out the proper term for this type of band, but if you look it up you'll see what I mean. It doesn't have standard pins linking the band).HOWEVER, I figured out a super easy trick to push the links out of a folded link band. Use a regular CORKSCREW, get the tip of it inside the cavity and turn that sucker towards the exit point of the clip and it'll pop right out of there.Anyway, very nice set, lots of pieces to cover different situations, and has a convenient pouch to keep everything together. Just be careful when you use the tinier bits (they're all tiny actually), they will bend easily if not used properly.
