What is the height from floor to seat?

The height from the seat to the floor is 12 inches

Where does the music play from?

If you are wondering how to get the music to play, the elephant has a button on the back of the right ear. The sound comes from underneath behind the Velcro

The recommended age seems high. 36 months to 10 years?

I bought it for a first birthday gift and by age 2-1/2 she has just about outgrown it! 3 - 10 years - No!

How do I return? This came without screws & handles & doesn’t have anything to play music

I suggest getting a refund and not buying this item again since I tried three times.
