Good quality and have lasted well. Handy to stick in bag so no need to carry lots of water.

I love these water brushes! I have found them so easy to use. They fill with water easily, and they’ve got a good ‘reservoir’ when full. I haven’t had one incident of too much water being released at once, at the wrong time. Brushes are easy to clean. I have used many different brands, and I will definitely buy these again. I’m glad that these are available individually on open stock, I naturally gravitate to my favourite size.

I've used many different waterbrushes and these are some of the best as you can regulate the water that comes through with the push-button feature. These come in different sizes.

I’ve used Pentel Aquash water brushes for absolute years and years for illustrated journaling and the occasional YouTube watercolour tutorial (I’m not a fan of lots of fuss so 28 brushes and 17 varieties of cerulean followed by disappointment at my result versus what I see on screen isn’t for me), and have always been pretty happy with them. Recently needed a new set and because I couldn’t get them before 2047 I decided to give these a go, based entirely on how impressed I was with Inktense paint (even though the colour names confuse the heck out of me!), after ordering a much cheaper set that I chucked angrily in the bin after 2 days because it was like painting with ramen the brush was so soft. Overall, these are much better than the Pentel. I noticed immediately how much easier life is when everything you do isn’t always watery. I love the push control button and it’s certainly improved the vibrancy of my colours without needing to glaze several times. It’s also quite nice to not always have a soaking wet tip on the pen. The bristles are firm enough to have significant control over where paint goes but also soft enough to bend gently to do flower petals etc and an idea of a tree without drawing every single leaf. I mainly use the large round brush, but good to have the chisel tip and small and medium tips around, should I ever decide to paint raindrops (unlikely) The reason I took 1 star off is that, possibly because I use it a lot, although I certainly do not spend 46 hours a day painting, the large brush has developed a bend in the tip (VERY difficult to catch in the photo but hey I tried!) Currently a mild occasional irritation, and I’m hoping it doesn’t get worse as I really do love these brushes. Took the star off only because it specifically says will hold its shape and that’s not quite my experience after having the brushes since 29 June 2022, so basically a week, and I’ve been using them on 300gsm cotton cold press paper in my sketchbook that doesn’t have excessive texture.

This were my first water brushes and I loved them. I tried a couple of others (hearing people talk wonderfully about others brands and having fear of missing out) and the Derwent are the ones I use almost exclusively. It might seem pricey but I think is worth every penny (obviously if you can grab them on promotion). Love the push button is so functional. They are easy to fill and empty making them easy to clean. Honestly my favourites!!

Brilliant items work extremely well good value

I’ve not tried these before but I’m really impressed with them! I use them to blend my watercolour pencils and also with inks. Very easy to use and different brush sizes for precision work. Just fill them with water and they’re ready to go

Me está gustando pintar con ellos. Buen control de presión para la saluda del agua. Hay que tener en cuenta que la rosca es débil, se me rompió una de ellas. Teniendo cuidado, no hay problema.

Ein tolles Produkt von Derwent. Verschiedene Wassertankpinsel hatte ich schon verwendet; diese würde ich immer wieder kaufen.

These water brushes are so handy! no set up or pack up required, so I can create more art! They're also great to take out and about! No leaks and hold a good amount of water.

A Great Upgrade compared to Arteza. Push button is precise, No leakage. Twisting cap is a tad bit higher than push button which is great because it won't get stuck in the twist of the cap! Easy to Use, Great for all levels, Ergonomic is plumpy to retain water & grip comfortably. Worth the investment for the $
