Excellent materials and craftsmanship. It came out of the box razor sharp. It will cut through carrots and onions like butter. Feels well balanced, has good size and heft and is very versatile. I use this all day and it cleans easily with just a little soap and water. I have the 8" and now I want the 6" version as well.
