I haven't used them yet, but it looks like it'll work perfect and very convenient to have. The plastic is hard and the edges aren't thin and sharp like the metal cutters but seems sharp enough. This will be easier than cuting strips using a ruler and cutter of some sort.
Review: Great For Adding Textured Lines To Fondant - Used this to press the texture of pages on the side of a book cake I made and it came out great. Haven’t used it to cut strips but it easily makes lots of little lines on fondant. Easy to wash.

Have these been available for a while or did I just now discover stuff like this are available? I haven't used them yet, but it looks like it'll work perfect and very convenient to have. The plastic is hard and the edges aren't thin and sharp like the metal cutters but seems sharp enough. This will be easier than cuting strips using a ruler and cutter of some sort.

Great Product! Slightly bigger then 7" in length. "Gap" size is 1/8". I received a white plastic versus what the picture shows, not a biggie but its not see through like the clear pink shown and the lines do not go all the way to the end like the others ( see picture of all three). It works just fine. Love it
