Hardest parts were getting the screen to come unglued at the beginning and then getting the battery to come out without bending. Followed a youtube video that recommended using a razor blade to pry the screen out from the frame at the beginning which helped alot. Invest in a small heat gun too as this makes disassembly much easier to get the adhesive to let loose. Screwdriver that came with the kit was junk and stripped after removing the second screw. Luckily I had other precision screwdrivers I could use.
