It will take a little more time to install because it requires balancing the TV's center of gravity on the frame. Finding the TV's center of gravity is not difficult, but translating it into where the TV mounts on the bracket is. If the center of gravity is not centered (and it usually isn't), you will need to install the frame off center (or in our case, we moved moved it off center). Once installed, it was perfect. The TV can be easily raised or lowered. At the highest point, it tilts the TV forward to help with the high viewing angle. At the lowest point (with the TV dropped over 2 feet in front of the fireplace), it's very near eye level and quite comfortable for viewing. The confuit/cable routing makes it relatively future proof since you can add new wires as needed. Remember: Do not run the power wires in the conduit with the wires that carry signals (network, HDMI, etc.) since it can interfere and reduce the quality of the picture. Recommendation: Test mount the frame and TV before you cut in the wiring and electric. Review: Good concept, but you may need to add support to your wall. - If you don't have a vertical stud where you want this mounted, you will need to rip your wall apart, add some boards across the studs, then Sheetrock, plaster, and paint repairs. Would be five++ stars with a lower price and a few product modifications. *by A***C on November 23, 2016* Very well made and works very well. Instructions are very clear. Now for why I didnt make it 5 stars. The price is very high. Good product but there are other out there for less heavy TV's at a fraction of the cost. they would make good use of some screw operated adjustments to get the center of gravity adjustment just right and the same for at least one side on the vertical mounting of the TV to the operating mechanism adjustable just in case you are a hair off plumb. A VERY small error in the vertical plumbness in mounting the operating mechanism OR a little slop in the mechanism itself, will be visually multiplied by the length of the horizontal edges of a big TV and will look crooked. A few simple screw adjustable mounting pads would go a long way. Overall love it. Even if you don't use it for viewing in the lowered position, it makes everything about hook up or canges in connections to a wall mounted easier.
