Doesn't this toy have free shipping to Colombia? I was looking at your store and I saw some products with free shipping but this one doesn't have it.

Volume is very low. We had the Jenna doll, very similar and the music was plenty loud, but with this one we can barely hear it. Any suggestions?

yes it is a large size doll - so not as big as "life sized" but not one of the small ones.
