You can get these fitted for prescription lens. First off, every few months Bose puts these on sale everywhere for 1/2 off ($125), That is about the same price as a regular pair of prescription frames. Earbuds are very uncomfortable for me, these are a very nice alternative. I have a huge size 8 head, although these are a bit snug they do not look too small for my face. UPDATE: I fitted them for prescription lens, I got them done at LensCrafters for approx. $400.
