With her help I fixed the unit myself and it working fine.This is a excellent product, worth the money you pay for.My advise is, read the manual thoroughly, and if you have any doubt call the company people, they will guide you well.Local electric persons will not understand. It is just not complicated. You need to understand the product. Product worked perfectly on installation. One problem is that the sensor wire and bolt seems to get corroded depending on the water. While the first one has been working without any issue from date of installation, the bottom most wire in the second installation in another location gets fully corroded every couple of weeks with green deposit. Thereafter the sensor fails to work. So it looks like a good unit if the water is good but becomes unreliable if the water is too hard maybe.
