THis helped to quickly establish my cycles; 2nd month i got pregnant with my son. My cas was complicated. I took other supplements to support this product like vitex daily, Evening Primrose OIl 1000mg; tid around ovulation and my husband took amino acids and we both took a great prenatal vitamin daily. As well as soy during cycle days 3-5. It was the combination that worked for our family. THis could help in your regimen of TTC vitamins to help you attain your goal sooner. THe women where this is made get pregnant freely and without any problems so this can help. COntact your doctor though as it may delay your cycle by a few days if your cycles are already coming monthly. It is my opinion only that the delayed cycle is due to maturing the egg longer so that you have a better egg to work with once ovulation occurs.! The risk of developing breast cancer is increased for women who are using combined HRT, and may also be increased for users of oestrogen-only HRT. The Million Women Study results suggested that women who are using combined HRT have double the risk of breast cancer compared to non-users. And if they use HRT for over 10 years, their risks are even higher. Once a woman stops using HRT, her risk of breast cancer will start to drop back down again. It takes about 5 years to go back to the same risk as if she hadn't used HRT. Breast cancer is much more common than either ovarian or womb cancer. This means that, if you look at the total effect of HRT on these types of cancer, combined HRT is linked to more cases than oestrogen-only HRT, because of its effect on the risk of breast cancer. Womb (endometrial) cancer HRT which uses oestrogen-only increases the risk of womb cancer. But the picture for combined HRT is a bit more complicated. There is evidence that the progestogen part of combined HRT can counteract the cancer-causing effects of the oestrogen part. Studies have shown that the more days per month a woman uses progestogen, as part of combined HRT, the less the increase in risk of womb cancer. At the moment there isn't enough research to say whether, above a certain dose, the progestogen can outweigh the oestrogen and actually reduce the risk of womb cancer overall. Ovarian cancer Using either oestrogen-only or combined (oestrogen and progestogen) HRT increases a woman's risk of ovarian cancer. In 2015 new research found that there is an increased risk of ovarian cancer even for women who are taking HRT for under 5 years. When a woman stops taking HRT the risk starts to go back down over time. In the UK, for every 1000 women using any type of HRT for 5 years from age 50 there is thought to be 1 extra case of ovarian cancer.

Kind of Good stuff...

I purchased this mainly for hot flashes and after using it the recommended two weeks (twice a day) I didn't see a big difference. In the third week I upped the dosage to three times a day. That's what it took for me, I no longer had the extreme hot flashes that overcomes you (sweat). I occasionally still get warm but it was nothing in comparison to what I had experienced before the Maca Magic!! I strongly recommend this product. I am 50 and have recommended it to a friend who is 40 and she says it has worked for her with some of the issues she was having.

I love this stuff. I feel energized and balanced! The taste is a little strong but hey, it is OK considering the effects. If you are wanting to balance hormones naturally, I say give it a try! The added energy boost is a huge plus!

Be careful. This stuff really works. I took this without being careful about the dosage, and it had a big impact on my hormones (more than I was looking for). When I cut the dosage down, and was very mindful of the usage --- I received the subtle benefits I wanted. My hot flashes completely vanished! Amazing.

I am not sure if this actually helps with hot flashes, I had to stop taking it after 2 weeks; I had a headache everyday while taking it.
