I was little nervous, but these are fine. They are what I would call medium weight. About perfect. They are smooth and washed nicely in the dishwasher. They work as slotted spoons - as you would expect and I am no longer searching for anything I could use as a slotted serving spoon! The bowls are medium sized - they are not super curved or huge. They are great for simple serving in my opinion. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
