It worked well for almost a year, providing useful backup during power cuts.One thing I really like is its compact and lightweight design. It doesn't take up much space and is easy to install/use with the router setup.However, after around one year of use, the battery backup completely stopped working. By the time I contacted Oakter regarding the issue, the 1-year warranty had already expired. I was expecting that I might have to purchase a new unit, but this is where I had a very good experience.Oakter offered to replace the unit completely free of cost, even though the warranty period was already over. I didn't even have to return the old UPS. They only asked me to cut the wire of the old unit and send them a photo for verification. There were no additional charges or complicated replacement process.The battery failure after one year was obviously disappointing, but I really appreciate that Oakter still helped me and provided a free replacement even after the warranty had expired.
