A: No it's a time purchase. Set up is very easy with step by step instruction

**Q: how I downloaded the information? with a USB flash drive or via wifi?**
A: Both methods are possible. there is a usb port on the side and in the menu select the option to download to usb. second method: connect the device to a wireless router and access the device with tcmsv3. network settings of device and pc should be the same.
