What's the difference between the mandelic 12% compared to the pha topical acid. which one works best to help with hyperpigmentation?

Mandelic acid is mainly for acne and clearing out pores. For hyperpigmentation, try a combo product with kojic acid, licorice root, azelaic acid and niacinamide.

can i use this on my neck?

Yes, but approach with caution. Neck skin is very thin compared to face and chest skin.

After I shave my head, I am left with darker areas where my hair would grow. Will this help with lightening or removing said area?
