Easy to set up, easy to clean, the locks are so shiny that my budgie thinks it’s another bird, and I like that there’s a door to put in an external bathing area. I’ve had the cages for about a month now and so far so good. Each cage is, in my opinion, a great size for ONE BIRD. I’m not a breeder, so I won’t pretend to know what I’m saying, but if you divide the cages in half, each side seems a little small, even for a finch or budgie, much less a small parrot. Budgies and finches are super hyper, so, if anything, they need more room to explore and munch on their toys. I love that they stack. I have my breeding pair on top and then as the babies grow I move them to the bottom as I have the double stack. The divider is nice so when my hen goes to set on her second clutch I divide the male and the first babies on one side and she has her own area without the older babies bothering her. The ease of the cages stacking is nice because then all my cages fit in front of my dining room window for morning sun.
