			        		Charles Brase has more than 30 years of full-time teaching experience in Mathematics and Statistics. He taught at the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus, for several years and at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, for more than 28 years. Charles received the Excellence in Teaching award from the University of Hawaii and the Faculty Member of the Year award from Regis University on two occasions. Doesn't explain things well and gives hardly any examples of how to use a formula. A total WASTE of money. Getting an A in the class because the professor is a great teacher which is why I stopped reading the book after I found it useless around chapter 3.

I rented this book with the understanding it'd be in decent order and the most important part of the book, the pages with all the formulas that I need for the work is glued into the book. I'm very disappointed.
