Helps with elbow pain.
I work in a warehouse. Load, unload pallets, refurbish receivers, a lot of repetitive motion. My elbow hurts for months. Co-workers suggest a brace. I tried it and pleasantly surprised.

Doesn't work for me
Good concept but not for an average sized man; think it is meant to help avoid scapes from kids falling off of bikes or things like that. Elastic is too small; cuts off my circulation. Thought it was worth a try but these are meant for smaller folks and children. I am elderly, 5'9", 155 pounds and wanted something to pad mu elbows when working on my desk. I'll keep looking for something that actually has some padding at the bony outer part of the elbow.
