There's a lot of these with varying reviews, this one had mainly good reviews and is very good. It's well made and comfortable, the whole thing is a contained gel pack, I was expecting a small removable pouch, but this is much better. 1-2 minutes in the microwave and it's warm for 20 minutes, 10 minutes in the freezer and it's cold for the same. The straps are the only downside, would be better if they were adjustable not just velcro, I cut one of as it didn't seem to have much purpose. Overall a very good product.

Purchased for myself as I have a spinal trauma which affects my arms & legs. This Double layer shoulder harness is genuinely AMAZING! No I have not been paid for this feedback. I tried the cuff out immediately as it arrived as I was moving properly & placed it in the microwave, HEATED BEAUTIFULLY No scalding or burning the temperature felt lovely. I now use mine when I am gardening to lifting a box. For a cold pack just pop in your freezer, the material is top dollar! Great straps and expansion for a larger arm, I purchased the large. RECOMMEND AS A GENUINE ITEM.

Could stay colder for longer, thats why I cant give a 5 but on the whole, the way it sits tight covering the areas it needs to Im happy, its the best one ive found.

Sustains damage to my rotator cuff and this looked ideal but when tried it seemed to pull my arm down making the pain worse and restrict my arm movement even more than prior to using. It maybe ok for other shoulder problems but not for a rotator cuff injury. The product itself is good quality hence the 3 stars but not for what but didn’t work for me

A really comfortable shoulder pack. Covers the entire shoulder, due to its design I guess you can wear in directly on the skin without it being too cold. So it get right in where you need it.

This brace was clearly designed with only flat-chested people in mind. The strap was too wide to fit in the buckle properly. I managed to squeeze it through to try the brace on but because it was too wide I couldn't adjust the strap once it was on my body. Additionally, because I am not flat-chested it was constantly riding up into my armpit which was very uncomfortable. I don't feel like this brace was providing any actual support to my shoulder. It was painful to wear.

After months of dealing with shoulder bother I gave this a try and it's been one of my better recent purchases. The gel stays cold long enough to be properly useful. twenty minutes easily, and the wrap actually fits the contour of the shoulder rather than slipping about like the cheaper ones do. The strap arrangement is sensible and you can put it on yourself one-handed if you have to. It's been part of my recovery routine for a few weeks now and I'd recommend it to anyone in the same boat.

The material quality of this ice pack is extremely good and it feels very durable. However, I purchased it for shoulder impingement syndrome, and it wasn't as effective for that specific issue as I had expected. It's a great product, but it might not be the best design for every type of shoulder pain.

Prodotto molto efficace per quelle non patologie che hanno bisogno solo del ghiaccio o del calore. Unico neo che voglio evidenziare pur dando 5 stelle e’ che il gel una volta tirato fuori dal freezer mantiene il freddo non proprio a lungo. Nonostante ciò il prodotto risulta valido.
