Slightly smaller that expected, but great quality!
I used these noodles to make pastitsio, so I’d originally thought they were going to be slightly larger in diameter, but that’s more due to human error on my part. The pasta itself was a really lovely quality, and for two packs the price is great. They cooked in keeping with the instructions, too, which is great as I find that I generally have to cook for slightly less time than recommended for a proper al dente pasta, but these came out perfectly.

Delightful and not easy to find
This is my favourite pasta and it's not easy to find it in a store, so I was delighted to be able to order it from amazon.

Best pasta ever !
In my opinion Garofalo is the best pasta ever. Very good taste and cook very well. Just a bit expensive.

Quality product
Excellent pasta if you like spaghetti, only this has a hole right through the middle and is slightly larger.

Spaghetti +
We prefer thicker spaghetti when we can find it. This is actually a small bore tube with a textured surface so the sauce clings to it and because it is a tube the effect is of a good, thick spaghetti. Cooks al dente in about 10 minutes and we're really enjoying it and will buy more.

Excellent spaghetti with a hole in the middle ! I prefer this to the common spaghetti as it soaks up the gravy well.
