I love the shaker, and would recommend it, no hesitation, to anyone.  I received it promptly, and thought I was having a problem (the lid stuck, it was just frozen i realize: user (me) was at fault), told the company when they followed up on my order to see how I liked the product, and they immediately sent me a replacement, which (now that I realize how to use it!) is working beautifully.  It really is a great product, and I had amazing, generous, helpful service from the company.  I now own two beautiful cocktail shakers, which I feel a little guilty about, but the company did the right thing in giving great service to a ham-handed customer, who is now a devoted fan....

    Cap Too Tight

I had to return this bar set because the cap on the strainer was too tight.  I couldn't get it off.  I might have had success with a wrench, but who wants to use a wrench to pour a cocktail?  Too bad.  It looked like a nice set, otherwise.  The good thing was, it was easy to return.
