Fixed weird speed drops, no complaints since
Installed this between the modem and the wall coax and the intermittent drops on my connection stopped. It feels solid, not some flimsy plastic housing that cracks if you look at it wrong, and it screws straight onto the line with no configuration needed and no software to open.Signal between boxes stayed clean afterward too, no loss on the TV side, and my internet speeds didn't change once it was in the line, which is exactly what you want from something sitting inline like this. It also seems to keep other devices from tying into the network the way they could before it went in, right around the point where the cable comes into the house.Small, cheap part, and it solved a problem bigger fixes hadn't. It's reflective by design, so whatever it's blocking stays contained on my side of the line instead of just disappearing.
