Good diuretic benefit
Got this for my mom, to replace her diuretic medicine. It actually worked. Little strong at first but now she's used to it and it really does make you use rhe restroom more. Now she wants more of their teas! Didn't try myself but she loves it.

Effective
I got this tea as a recommendation in my local store and "pharmacist". I asked for an herb to help me lower my cholesterol he gave me the box and said it will make me go to the bathroom a lot. Did not notice anything for two days and then. Well works but for me the cramping is not what I want. Yes clears the stomach very well. Maybe every other day will do better for me. Inam already in a plant base diet so not need for help with bowel movements. I say trying and then adjusting but so far really good.

Worth the try
I have found Vita Shape helpful and felt lighter. The herbal tea seems to help addressing water retention and bowel movement. Need to follow instructions. After drinking a few cups, I got used to the new herbal flavors. Worth the try!
