Wrong. When I took this product out of it's box, the adapter itself literally fell apart in my hand. It is made from very cheap plastic that clicks together over a small piece of circuit board.The "danger" comes from it's female connection port. With a very poor warning label that is not easily understood (just a very tiny picture with an exclamation mark next to it)it is not likely that someone will know which direction to properly face the HDD when connection it. If you connect it the wrong way, you will fry your 360 HDD (literally). You will see smoking due to a cross-threaded power circuit. I almost 'caused an electrical fire and had to have my HDD replaced. This was not worth that kind of trouble... ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars 360 Backup *by D***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2008* Good for backing up your 360 hard drive. Allows you to restore drive if using a new 360 hard drive of same size. Would not suggest for file transfer or tampering with hard drive files. 360Explorer a little confusing. XP system will see drive, but identified as unkown partition so it wont assign it a drive letter. 360Explorer wont see it unless you have disk management open identifing it.
