Will this keep squirrels from eating my garden?

I have used this product over my blueberries and did not have a problem with squirrels. It does need to be tightly staked down to keep birds and small animals from going under and becoming entangled. (This happened quite a few times). I have tried to use this on peach trees to keep squirrels out but without success. There was no way to completely wrap the tree tightly and squirrels ate EVERY SINGLE peach!. If you can completely enclose your plants and stake the netting around them tightly, this should work. I have not seen evidence of squirrels chewing through it.

Is this reusable, or does one have to buy new netting every year?

Yes, we have used it for 2 years now. However, this year, the birds have gotten a little wise to it and they are succeeding at getting the fruit close to the net. Also, our fig tree leaves poke through and if you don't catch them, you have to snip the net here and there to push it back out. I figure this will take some life out of the net, but I still figure it's good for another couple years.

Will this netting cover citrus trees, and keep small birds off of them? Thank you

This net is a very good product. It is a little difficult to install by yourself but will work fine. I used it for a 15' x 30' strawberry patch. I was tired of losing my entire crop to birds. It also helped keep out the squirrels. The problem you may have is getting it over the top of taller citrus trees. The netting catches onto any little snag (like branches) and then becomes hard to handle.
