After you blow dry it, it should appear somewhat straight, but the 2nd time using the product, after blow drying, my hair was super dry, thick and stiff. I instantly knew, I used too much. DON'T USE TOO MUCH! But all I did was wash it with their shampoo and conditioner - though, in the past I have washed it and conditioned it with my own shampoo and noticed no difference - but use theirs to be on the safe side) then I blew it dry again ( I also spray it with IC heat protectant first).... and it was back to normal! Not dry or stiff. Somewhat straight and super easy to flat iron! If washing and conditioning doesn't work - wash and condition it twice. Love this product! I’ve saw lots of great reviews for this product however after a day my leave out started to puff out. I followed the directions step by step. I will not be purchasing again.
