These are some of the best I own, and I can't believe they are $10. The bass response is better than any other earbuds that I have ever owned. If you don't need noise-cancelling, I highly recommend these, especially at this price point. I read some of the other reviews and was surprised to see issues with these. I have about 50 hours of listening on my set and they work perfectly. I liked them so much that I bought another set. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Don't Buy Them. The new set worked great - for 2 days then the right earpiece went dead. Now I am Very Easy on such products and take care not to pull on wires or wrap them tightly. I am a 66 year old man that is not very active. Sit at my work desk and listen to books. I sent it back to Amazon again and in 3 days had my money back. I have since bought a set of Beats. Not to say they are not well built, but It's not built like a tank, would have been talking around town if they had the titanium housing and maybe Kevlar re-enforced fabric cables!Driver flex- it's there. Not a deciding factor but something to note.Sound signature-As other reviews suggest.. If you're someone looking for a more accurate sound, this is not for you! The best way to describe the sound is that this is a 'fun' sounding COLOURED earphone!A 'U' shaped frequency response with plenty of mid bass and highs!can be Very BRIGHT sometimes- a sound that emphasizes upper midrange/ lower treble.They can be enjoyable but they do get edgy and overwhelming at times.Aggressive- forward and bright sonic character.Found them a little boomy: excessive bass around 125hz. poorly damped low frequency resonances.Mid bass over sub bass: bass around 250 hz. Not to my liking.Not to say the bass is loose it has a good sense of grip, it's tight and punchy. Most people who listened to my pair actually love the bass on these.Also I found them a bit forward:Similar to an aggressive sound, a sense of image being projected in front of the speakersAnd music being forced upon the listener.Soundstage and isolation:wide and spacious (there is a sense of depth and distance) since it's a semi open design but that comes at a cost, it does leak out sound at the same time does not give you the best sound isolation but then you have the fancy ear tips to cover up for that!Overall the sound is dynamic ( the suggestion of energy)If you're someone who is used to a more balanced sound and laid back, mellow and warm sound signature this is not for you.If you're someone who is looking for a fun sounding earphone and looking at the beats tours or urbeats!
