Brilliant product

The price was on offer and I like the Quality of the products I have some of the keysmart devices myself this particular one pink was bought for my finance for a stocking filler

Was fishing below the high tide mark and for some idiotic reason I removed my keys from my pocket and left them on the rocks. On returning to my car I realised "no flipping keys". Using the tile app I found my keys before the advancing tide. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that sometimes the keyring does not find the phone and the keyring sound is very quiet. I don't know if you can increase the volume or if you can improve the connection between the keyring and phone, if both of these are possible, then 6 stars.

Great features, but will not connect to Apple’s Find My… so I can’t call my phone from the key ring.

Not so good

I battled valiantly with this, to give it a fair trial, but quite honestly if I'd actually paid for it rather than received it free through the Vine program for review, I'd be thinking about asking for a refund. I loved the idea, and really wanted to like this, but for me the design just leaves so much to be desired. It's fiddly to try and fit your keys - and I speak as one who has fiddly little fingers - and once you've done it they don't seem to sit well and tend to loosen when you use them. I also found it quite awkward to use a key when it was attached to the KeySmart. Some of my locks are a bit stiff and I had the uncomfortable feeling that the plastic casing was going to crack under the strain. It may work better if all of your keys are much the same size and shape ... but I imagine many UK houses have keys like mine which come up in every shape and dimension under the sun. (By the way, I should probably mention that this piece of kit is obviously not suitable for mortice keys - only for the flat 'Yale' type.) The charging port is a bit of a pain to access (doubly so, I imagine, if you have no nails) ... and I'm slightly surprised that, at the price being asked, the body is made of plastic, even if it is polycarbonate plastic. On the plus side, it charged fine, seems to hold the charge and I had no trouble pairing it ... the 'techy' bit at least works okay on mine. The torch isn't very bright, but would be perfectly adequate for finding a keyhole on a dark night. I really don't see the point of the bottle opener, though. I will keep playing with it, because I still like the thing in theory ... and if I discover in due course that all of the above problems were actually operator error, I'll come back and update the review.

LOVE THIS KEY CHAIN THEY ARE BEST TO CARRY KEYS ON AS THEY ARE COMPACT

The first keychain did not work (neither find the key tile or the flashlight) so I ordered a second one and returned the first. The second one works great and I'm very happy with it! I especially love how compact it keeps my keys!

De momento me parece buen producto. Llevo varios años usando los distintos tipos de keysmart. Y parece que este nuevo Pro han mejorado su diseño. Haber sino acaba rajando como su predecesor.

Very pleased with the product. First order was defective... did not charge or work. Sent it back and ordered another one. This one worked great. Was easy to set up and fit all my keys comfortably. If I wanted to add 2 more to what you see in the picture I believe it would be just fine. I pit 2-3 spacers between my keys. You just have to play with it to get the right fit but this comes in handy. It dont take long to charge fully especially using a fast charger. The cool thing about it is if you click the "tile" bottom twice, it calls your phone so you can find it. It works both ways. You use your phone to find your keys. Now if you lose both..... hey🤷🏽‍♀️ idk what to tell ya!😂
