Can this be used for fly balls as well?

I've never used it for fly balls. The "glove" is stiff I would imagine it would be difficult to catch a fly ball.

How hard can you hit/throw the ball with this glove?

The glove works but I would not hit or throw very hard, as you can see it will wear out faster the harder the throw. MaY want to buy several

Can this be use to do quick transfer drills for catchers?

You can, yes. This is a little harder than with a practice catchers glove. But it makes the players focus on not squeezing the ball, so it can be a good way to teach it.
