With 50 feet of line this waist worn tow system accommodates a pre-set short (17-ft) or long (50-ft) tow. The floating yellow/black rope is easy to see on the water. Two wide gate stainless steel keyhole-eye carabiners are anchored to the outside of the pouch on either side for immediate access. Unclip one biner for a short tow then unclip the other for a long tow. The Micro Two Line is also easily set up for towing scenarios involving two or three boats. The roll up style pouch is easy to re-stuff and close. The bag stays securely closed until needed with a strong Velcro opening. Large easy opening mouth to the pouch makes it easy to stuff the line back in with gloves on. The ability to have a short tether with the extra carabineer is a nice touch.My only misgiving is that it doesn't come with a toggle or pull rope on the strap latch. When wearing gloves in cold weather (or if you're upside down or fighting big seas) you're going to want a quick way to eject the towline from your waist in case of emergency.
